• Managed the following: the call centers, data services, internal systems, repair, and training
• In addition to managing, I took on any overflow from the departments.
  • I took customer calls, did data transfers/recoveries, repaired hardware, and took on trainings and tradeshows throughout the county.

Companion Corporation was a wonderful opportunity. I was young and hungry for work and they gave me all I could handle. The owner and president, Bill Schjelderup, had a saying, "You rise to the level of your incompetence." In under a year I was reporting directly to Bill and then took the next step and started a business. After a year of running my business and working for Companion, I shifted all my duties and started work for myself full time.
